If taraplay becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an underage individual, that account will be immediately closed, all data deleted as permitted by law, and the matter referred to PAGCOR as required.

taraplay's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Republic of the Philippines. In limited circumstances, data may be processed by service providers operating in other jurisdictions — for example, game providers headquartered outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, taraplay ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements that require the receiving party to maintain data protection standards at least equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
