By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by taraplay (operated at taraplay.one), you ("the Player," "User," or "you") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with taraplay's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you have lost access to a previously registered account, you must contact taraplay support to recover it rather than creating a new account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You further agree to keep this information updated at all times. taraplay accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.
The taraplay Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is primarily intended for players physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the taraplay Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. taraplay does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions and reserves the right to close accounts where jurisdictional eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taraplay login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
Any action taken through your taraplay account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be deemed your responsibility until you formally notify taraplay of a security breach by contacting our support team. taraplay accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
taraplay will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive such a request, do not comply and report it to support immediately.
The minimum deposit amount at taraplay is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. taraplay does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which taraplay bears no responsibility. Deposits are generally credited immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal of funds requires the completion of taraplay's KYC verification process, including submission and approval of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document. taraplay targets a processing time of approximately 30 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals by verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 4 business hours. taraplay does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
taraplay reserves the right to verify that the payment method used for deposits belongs to the registered account holder. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods matching the identity of the verified account holder. Funds deposited via GCash may only be withdrawn to a GCash account registered under the same identity as the taraplay account.
taraplay reserves the right to void and forfeit funds where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent deposit activity, charge-back attempts, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, taraplay may also report the matter to PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law enforcement authorities.

No portion of the taraplay Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without taraplay's prior written consent.
Third-party game content (including game names, graphics, and mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is used by taraplay under valid licensing agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taraplay's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's taraplay account at the time the claim arises.
taraplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the taraplay Platform, including (without limitation) loss of expected winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if taraplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
taraplay makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.
taraplay collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at taraplay.one/privacy-policy) and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering at taraplay, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
taraplay will not sell or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by Philippine law.
taraplay reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the taraplay Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, your remedy is to close your taraplay account and withdraw any remaining balance, subject to verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding the Platform, game outcomes, deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses — shall first be submitted to taraplay's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.
